Our Classic menu is inspired by international cuisines. You'll savor light, multiple-coursed meals consisting of the freshest fish, shellfish, free-range poultry and organic, seasonal produce, herbs and fruits. Many of the ingredients are grown on our property or are procured from local organic providers. Each meal is specifically designed to help you meet your health and wellness goals. Understanding how what you eat contributes to your wellness is a core part of your experience at the Copperhood. Our goal is to help you incorporate Mindful Eating into your daily life. We strive to accommodate any special nutritional needs or food allergies you have; please alert us to them when making your reservation. We can accommodate guests dealing with challenges such as diabetes, gluten intolerance, salt sensitivity or food allergies, as well as creating fully vegetarian or vegan meals. Though our kitchen is not kosher, we can accommodate kosher clients in our juice fasting and raw food programs.
