Raw Food

Our raw plant based food program features wild or naturally grown foods. “Living foods” are prepared without cooking, as cooking destroys much of foods' vitamins and enzymes. Our raw food program is vegan: we do not serve meat, dairy, or any other animal product. We prepare raw gourmet dishes in a way that makes them easy for the body to assimilate. They are a sight to behold, and delicious as well. Our living plant foods include young greens, sprouted nuts, seeds and grains, cultured fermented preparations and dehydrated foods. They will give you radiance and positive energy, clear skin and shining hair and eyes. You will shed excess pounds, and feel great inside and out.
