Belly Dancing

American Tribal Style Belly dance class is a fusion of traditional Middle Eastern dance, which is still evolving in form. You will learn synchronized, fluid dance movements of hips and arms that bring each participant “tribe” together in a union of dance. You will learn correct posture, arm and foot placement, technique and isolations, improvisational dance moves using cues and transitions and choreographed dance routines. Class starts with gentle yoga style warm-up.
