Boot Camp
Intense but fun class may be held indoors or outdoors, depending on time of the year. The main focus is endurance and strength. We accomplish this by alternating and/or combining an endurance exercise with a strength exercise. Moving from one station to the next we build strength, dexterity and muscle alternating lower/upper, free weights, intense push ups, sit ups, jacks and lunges. Class can be challenging or geared down for the beginner.
